Maekahi CO Return & Exchange Policy

At Maekahi CO, we want you to feel happy with every purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • All tags must remain attached and items should be neatly folded.
  • Returns showing signs of wear, laundering, or missing tags will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item Back: Once authorized, send the item(s) to the address provided.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order immediately to secure availability.
  • To exchange:
    1. Submit a Return Request within 14 days, including your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
    2. Wait for Exchange Authorization (1–2 business days).
    3. Ship the original item back within 5 business days of approval.

Items must meet the same unused condition with tags attached requirement. Non-compliant returns will be refused.

Refunds

Once your return or exchange item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly. Please allow up to 7 business days for completion.
